EACH CONCEPT OFFERS A UNIQUE MENU, LEVEL OF SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE
The Chop Shop is the first concept that was opened in 2011. It offers an American style menu with products made from scratch in an open kitchen, featuring creative appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts utilizing the same cooking methods and techniques found in more casual fine dining establishments presented in a casual and approachable atmosphere. The Chop Shop is a full service restaurant.
Butler Penne is the second concept that we opened in 2018. It's a fast casual concept featuring 4 soups, 2 salads, paninis, and a made to order pasta station serving a choice of dried pasta, fresh pasta, and raviolis. Butler Penne is utilizes a counter service model with products served in eco friendly disposable containers. Butler Penne went on hiatus in 2022 when our lease ended at its Main Street location. Look for it to be back in our warehouse location with Bantam Brewing Company when we complete the development of that property.
Bantam Brewing Company is the third concept we are currently working on. It will feature beers focused on traditional brewing styles that are approachable and executed very well. Located inside of an old cinder block warehouse just off Main Street, Bantam Brewing Company will feature revolving food trucks, outdoor yard games indoors, music and a full service bar featuring products produced in the state of Pennsylvania.
